Teaching professionally oriented courses in an institution of higher education

Анотація

The publication analyzed the state of integration of higher education of Ukraine into the European educational space and concluded the importance of forming the competencies of future lawyers taking into account European integration processes. Various approaches of pedagogical influence on the formation of a future specialist are considered, including social awareness of society, the level of professional knowledge and skills, and the level of general culture. It was established that an important aspect in the training of a specialist, improving his qualifications, is the creation of a knowledge system for carrying out professional activities, which contains great opportunities for improving the qualifications of teachers, their level of professionalism, and pedagogical skills to ensure bilingual teaching of professionally oriented educational disciplines in institutions higher education. Approaches to the formation of professional education and the training of specialists to ensure the psycho-social security of citizens, the creation of emotionally favorable environments in all spheres of life, the absence of corruption, and the prevention of discrimination are substantiated.
